Bushnell Falcon Binoculars: Review
These Bushnell binoculars are made with the Everyman and Everywoman in mind. For those people who don’t want to buy separate glasses for nature-loving and sports-cheering, the Falcons may be the perfect purchase.
The two Falcon models include the Bushnell Falcon 7×35 binoculars and the Bushnell Falcon 10×50 binoculars.
While there are obvious differences between the two (most noticeably in magnification and objective lens diameter), they both share some high class features.
The Falcon binoculars are both designed with high grade BK-7 porro prisms, giving you fantastic all-around light transmission. They are also crafted with the patented InstaFocus system for quick and smooth focusing.
And even though they are both classed as full-size binocs, the Bushnell 7×35 Insta Focus binoculars are a somewhat compact pair. You can feel comfortable taking these out on long excursions without worrying about their weight or bulk. The 10×50 model is a bit heavier, but that’s because the objective lens is so much bigger. The downside is portability, but the upside is supercharged light transmission, making these spectacular low-light binocs.
And speaking of downsides, are there any reasons you should pass up the Bushnell Falcon binoculars series for a different lineup? Well, these are very low-priced binoculars, and therefore not as high tech as some of the other Bushnell offerings. So, if you are a professional sight-seer looking for a pair of glasses with some top-of-the-line features, you probably shouldn’t spend too much time browsing through the Falcon lineup.

Bushnell Falcon Binoculars: Summary
The Bottom Line – These are cheap binoculars, yes, but they don’t perform like cheap products. The prisms are good, the lens coatings work beautifully, and the focusing knob glides like a dream. If you’re a professional, you’ll definitely want to look elsewhere. But for everyone else who wants a pair of really versatile, wide angle field glasses…the Bushnell Falcon binoculars may be the best value out there.
